How it works for clinics, end to end
- Step 1 Enquiry arrives WhatsApp, your website chat, an ad form or a missed call - day or night.
- Step 2 Understood in any language English, Hindi, Punjabi or Hinglish, typed or as a voice note. The patient taps, not types.
- Step 3 Booked into your real calendar Only free times, no double bookings, by department and doctor.
- Step 4 Reminders and follow-ups Two-way reminders, then recall or follow-up. Anything unusual goes to your team.

Qualification questions (template)
- What would you like to be seen for?
- New or returning patient?
- Preferred date and time?
- Insurance or self-pay?
From a single doctor to a hospital
- Single doctor: the chat goes straight from the service to free times.
- Several doctors: patients pick a doctor or "any available", and times show who is free.
- Hospital: the chat asks for the department first (Dental, Orthopaedics, ENT...), then the doctor; branches can have their own address and map link.
- Opening hours, doctors and listed prices you enter are what the assistant quotes, so "what are your OPD timings?" is always answered correctly.
Human-first, with the assistant as back-up
Calls can ring your reception first; only unanswered or after-hours calls get an instant WhatsApp text-back. Patients asking for a person, describing an emergency or asking a medical question are never handled by the assistant alone: your team gets a task, urgent ones with a notification.
Back-of-envelope ROI
Example: if you miss or answer late 20 enquiries a week, and 40% of answered enquiries book, at an average value of $60 / ₹800, recovering them is worth about $1,900 / ₹25,600 a month. Use the missed-call calculator to plug in your own numbers; these are illustrations, not promises.
Frequently asked questions
Can patients book a course of sessions?
Each session is booked separately today (in the chat or by your front desk), with reminders for each. Booking a whole course in one step is on the roadmap.
What is clinic automation?
Software that handles the repetitive front-desk work for you: answering patient enquiries, booking appointments into your real calendar, sending reminders, recall and follow-ups, and recovering missed calls. Nomisly does this on WhatsApp and your website, in English, Hindi and Punjabi, and hands anything clinical to your team.
Is this a CRM for a medical clinic?
Yes for patient enquiries and appointments: every patient has one record with their conversations, bookings, forms, recall date and open treatment. Clinical notes and prescriptions stay in your practice software.
Does it work for hospitals?
Yes: departments, many doctors and branches. Booking, reminders and the dashboard work the same; departments are only asked when there is more than one.
Is patient data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per clinic at the database level, and access is logged. US practices shouldn't store PHI (we don't sign BAAs).
