Sub-processors

Draft - needs lawyer review. This document describes how Nomisly actually works but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer for the operating entity and each jurisdiction.

Infrastructure

Render (application hosting, United States/European regions); Neon (managed PostgreSQL database); Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security, R2 file storage, Turnstile bot protection, web analytics).

Communications

Brevo or Resend (transactional e-mail); Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, only when a customer connects them); the customer's own telephony/SMS provider (Twilio, Plivo, Telnyx or Exotel) when connected.

AI

The AI provider selected by the customer or by default: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini, including embeddings) or OpenRouter. Voice AI providers (Retell, Vapi) only when enabled.

Operations

Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed); Dodo Payments and Razorpay (billing; they act as independent controllers or merchants of record for payment data).

Changes

We update this page and notify customers before adding a sub-processor that processes customer personal data.
