Subscriptions
Try before you pay with the 15-day trial. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months after cancellation, but you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you are charged in error or the Service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will refund or credit fairly.
Annual plans
Cancel within 14 days of an annual charge for a full refund; afterwards, a pro-rated refund of unused full months.
Usage wallet
Unused prepaid wallet balance is refundable on account closure, minus third-party fees already incurred.
Where required by law
Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights in your country.
