No spam
Only message people who contacted you or gave consent that covers the message. Honour opt-outs. Don't buy or scrape contact lists.
Follow channel rules
Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram policies, carrier SMS rules and registrations, and local telemarketing laws (for example TCPA, CASL, TRAI).
No deception
Don't impersonate others, hide that customers are talking to an AI where disclosure is required, make false claims or collect credentials or payments under false pretences.
Prohibited content and uses
Illegal goods and services, harassment, hate, adult content involving minors, malware, and general-purpose AI assistant services on WhatsApp (prohibited by Meta).
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, usually after a warning unless the abuse is serious.
