How it works for salons & spas, end to end
- Step 1 Enquiry arrives WhatsApp, your website chat, an ad form or a missed call - day or night.
- Step 2 Understood in any language English, Hindi, Punjabi or Hinglish, typed or as a voice note. The client taps, not types.
- Step 3 Booked into your real calendar Only free times, no double bookings, with the stylist they want.
- Step 4 Reminders and follow-ups Two-way reminders, then recall or follow-up. Anything unusual goes to your team.

The salon workflow
- Client messages "Do you have anything Saturday for highlights?" on Instagram or WhatsApp.
- The assistant asks for service, preferred stylist and time, then offers real open slots.
- The booking confirms in chat; reminders go out 24 h and 2 h before.
- After the visit, a thank-you with a Google review link; six weeks later, a rebooking nudge.
Qualification questions (template)
- Which service? (cut, colour, nails, facial, massage…)
- Any stylist preference?
- Preferred day and time?
- New or returning client?
Back-of-envelope ROI
Example: if you miss or answer late 10 enquiries a week, and 40% of answered enquiries book, at an average value of ₹1,500 / $45, recovering them is worth about ₹24,000 / $720 a month. Use the missed-call calculator to plug in your own numbers; these are illustrations, not promises.
Frequently asked questions
Can clients choose their stylist?
Yes. Services are linked to the stylists who perform them, and only their free slots are offered.
I use Fresha or Vagaro. Do I have to switch?
No. You can keep your salon software; Nomisly handles conversations, and connectors for popular booking tools are being added. Until then Nomisly can manage bookings itself.
Does it work for multi-branch salons?
Yes. Each location has its own hours, staff and WhatsApp number, and clients are routed to the nearest branch.
Will it send promotions?
Only to clients who opted in, using approved templates, with cost shown before sending.
