How comment-to-DM works
- Choose a post (or all posts) and keywords such as "price", "info" or an emoji.
- When someone comments, Nomisly sends one private reply in their DMs with the answer and a booking link.
- Optional public reply ("Sent you a DM!") to show others you respond fast.
- The commenter becomes a lead with source "Instagram comment" and the post it came from.
Limits we respect so your account stays healthy
Instagram only allows business replies within a messaging window after the user's last message, and one private reply per comment. Nomisly tracks both, queues replies within Meta's rate limits and never sends unsolicited DMs.

Do I need a business or creator account?
Yes, an Instagram professional account connected to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts can't use the messaging API.
Can it reply to every comment automatically?
It replies to comments that match your keywords, once per comment, via a private DM. You can also send a short public reply.
What happens after 24 hours?
Automated messages stop. A person can still reply using Meta's human-agent tag within its time limit, and Nomisly flags those threads in the inbox.
Does it work with Facebook Messenger too?
Yes, Messenger conversations appear in the same inbox with the same assistant and rules.
Is there a free way to automate Instagram comments to DMs?

Is this allowed by Instagram?
