The same assistant on your website

Why grounding matters more than the model
Most chatbot mistakes come from missing or stale information, not a weak model. Nomisly splits your content into typed concepts (price list, opening hours, services, policies, FAQs), keeps a "last verified" date on each, and retrieves whole concepts rather than random fragments. Outdated prices can be marked deprecated so they're never quoted again.
Every answer is logged with the concepts it relied on, so you can see exactly why the assistant said something and fix the source in one place.
What visitors can do
- Ask about services, prices, availability, location, insurance or policies.
- Book, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Leave their WhatsApp number and continue the conversation there.
- Talk to a person: the chat is handed to your team inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can I upload?
PDF (including scanned documents via OCR), Word, plain text, Markdown, CSV and Excel exports. You can also paste your website URL or sitemap and it learns the pages.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your knowledge. When the retrieved information doesn't support an answer, it says it isn't sure and offers a human, and those questions are listed so you can add the missing information.
What is the Open Knowledge Format?
An open, markdown-based specification from Google Cloud for describing knowledge as typed, linked concepts with provenance and freshness. Nomisly stores your knowledge this way and can export it as a bundle you own.
How do I add it to my site?
Copy one script tag into your site (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow or custom HTML). It loads asynchronously and doesn't slow your pages.
Does it tell visitors they're talking to AI?
Yes. A configurable disclosure is shown, as required by the EU AI Act's transparency rules and good practice elsewhere.
