RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
An AI technique that answers questions using retrieved passages from your own documents.

Retrieval-augmented generation finds the most relevant passages in a knowledge base and asks the language model to answer only from them, ideally citing which passages it used. Accuracy depends heavily on how the knowledge is organised and kept current.
