Unscheduled treatment, followed up

Why it matters
Unscheduled treatment is often a practice's largest pool of work that is already diagnosed and explained. The usual reason it stays unbooked isn't a "no", it's that nobody followed up at a convenient moment. A short, specific message ("would you like help finding a time for the crown Dr Sharma discussed?") at the right time is what most practices don't have the staff hours for.
Honest numbers
- "Estimated value" is the figure your team enters for the plan. It is labelled as an estimate everywhere.
- "Recovered" means the treatment was booked after an automatic follow-up.
- "Collected" is only what staff record when marking the visit done. We never present estimates as revenue.
Safe by design
The assistant doesn't discuss whether a treatment is necessary, what it will feel like or what the outcome will be. It answers practical questions from your approved information (duration, preparation you've written down, price you've listed) and passes everything clinical to your team.
Frequently asked questions
Is this only for dentists?
No. Any clinic with multi-step or recommended treatment can use it: physiotherapy courses, dermatology procedures, specialist follow-ups.
Can I pause follow-ups for one patient?
Yes, from the Treatment plans page: pause, resume, or mark as declined.
What if the patient wants to talk to the doctor first?
Their reply creates a task for your team with the message attached, and the automatic follow-ups stop.
