Follow-ups that know when to stop

The rules every sequence obeys
- Stop on reply: any inbound message pauses all sequences for that contact.
- Opt-out: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, ARRET, BAJA, PARAR, बंद, توقف and other keywords suppress the contact on every channel.
- Quiet hours in the recipient's time zone (default 9 pm to 9 am).
- Frequency caps so a lead never gets more than a set number of messages per day or week.
- A human taking over the conversation pauses automation until it's handed back.

Frequently asked questions
How many follow-ups should I send?
For most small businesses three to four spaced follow-ups recover the majority of quiet leads; beyond that, switch to a longer-term reactivation message.
Can follow-ups go out on WhatsApp after 24 hours?
Yes, as approved WhatsApp templates. Nomisly picks the right template and shows the per-message cost.
What if the lead books through my website instead?
Bookings from any channel mark the lead as booked and end the no-reply sequence automatically.
Can I A/B test messages?
You can create two versions of a step and see booked-rate per version; a formal split-test mode is on the roadmap.
