How it works
- Click Connect WhatsApp and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Choose or create a WhatsApp Business Account and verify your number by SMS or call.
- Messages start arriving in the inbox; webhooks are verified with Meta's signature on every delivery.
- Meta bills your account directly for messages (no Nomisly markup).
Limits and requirements
- A number used on the WhatsApp app must be migrated (history on the phone isn't transferred).
- Business verification unlocks higher messaging limits.
- Business-initiated messages need approved templates; service replies are billable per message from 1 Oct 2026.
- Indian WABAs must bill in INR by 31 Dec 2026.
