Consent is not optional
In the United States the FCC confirmed in 2024 that AI-generated voices count as "artificial" under the TCPA, so calling someone with one needs their prior express consent. Other countries have similar rules. Nomisly only places outbound AI calls to leads with a recorded consent for voice (captured on your form or in chat) and keeps that consent record with the lead.
What it costs
Voice AI platforms charge per minute, and the real cost includes the language model and phone carrier. Nomisly shows the all-in per-minute price before you enable it, meters every call, and stops at your spend cap. It is available on the Pro plan.
Frequently asked questions
Does it sound human?
Modern voices are natural, but the agent always introduces itself as an AI assistant for your business. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Can it call every new lead?
Only leads who gave prior consent to be called, where the law in their country allows it. Others get WhatsApp or SMS instead.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and other major languages, depending on the voice provider you choose.
What happens if it can't help?
It takes a message, books a callback with your team and creates a task, with the transcript attached.
