Unscheduled treatment
Treatment a clinician recommended that the patient hasn't booked yet.

Unscheduled (or pending) treatment is diagnosed, explained work, such as a crown or a course of physiotherapy, that never made it into the calendar. Following up at a convenient moment is the usual way clinics recover it; the value is an estimate until the treatment is done and paid.
