Beta
What we monitor
- Every inbound webhook and every outbound delivery (WhatsApp sends, CRM pushes, conversion events).
- Each source's normal volume, so silence is noticed within hours, not weeks.
- Access tokens that expire (for example Meta page tokens) with warnings in advance.
- New or missing fields in a portal's payload, which usually means its format changed.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if your server is down when Meta sends a lead?
Meta retries webhooks. Nomisly stores each event before processing it, de-duplicates retries and processes the backlog in order.
Can I see the raw data that failed?
Yes, with personal data visible only to roles allowed to see it, plus the error and a Replay button.
Who gets the alerts?
Owners and admins by default, on push, e-mail and WhatsApp; you choose per alert type.
