Honest integration status
Some portals offer an official API or webhook; others only send e-mail notifications. Nomisly uses the official route where one exists and a forwarding address with a parser where it doesn't. The integrations directory marks each one as live, beta or planned so you know what to expect before you connect.
One lead per person
- Phone numbers are normalised to international format (E.164).
- A new enquiry from the same phone or e-mail updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.
- A merge screen resolves the cases automation can't decide.
- Every webhook carries an idempotency key, so retries never create duplicates.
Frequently asked questions
My portal isn't listed. Can I still connect it?
Yes. Every account has a private webhook URL and an e-mail forwarding address. If the portal can send e-mail or call a webhook, Nomisly can read it.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel, preview the mapping, and import with duplicates merged.
What if a source stops sending leads?
Nomisly learns each source's normal rhythm and alerts you when it goes silent, plus when a token is about to expire.
