Yes. Every post comes from a real person through this page or from a customer's own dashboard (marked Verified customer). A person on the team reads each one before it appears. We never write reviews ourselves, never pay for them, and never edit what someone wrote - we can only publish, decline or answer it.

The team gets an alert the moment you post and usually answers within one business day. If you leave your e-mail, we send you the answer too; your e-mail is never shown.

Posts appear after a quick check for spam and personal details (for example a patient's name or phone number). Declined posts are usually spam, adverts or posts that share someone's private information.
